I really liked this class. I had it with Christine Lavrence, and I actually enjoyed going to the lectures. This is a principal course for Sociology, but if I were to go back I would have taken the two half courses Soc 2266/2267 because I heard they were easier (with the same prof as well). Some of the material in the course is boring, but it is all about the foundation of Sociology and how it has evolved. I had a good prof and I enjoyed this course because of it.
