Loved Barks. He was my favourite polisci prof.
Some people said he was boring, but I don't agree. He might not go over the top to make it entertaining, but he always made sure it was clear and you understood what he was teaching.
The only thing I didn't like was that his test were too long considering the time he gave you to write them. Other than that, he was great.
