I don't really like this place. It's alright if your just walking down Richmond and jumping in here, but I wouldn't really plan on going here. The good thing about Jacks is that the prices are good and there is virtually no line up. Monday night is cheap drinks and is usually packed.

Pretty laid back, relaxed bar. No dress code really. Bottom level has a decent dance floor is usually really busy on weekends and Monday nights. Top floor is really mellow with more seating and usually has live music.
