Pretty decent class. You never need to go to this class and the workload isn't too tough. The only thing I found hard was the final exam.

the course is tough...focus on the cases...not the textbook...which is the mistake i made....i didnt go to ne classes either...probly explains why i failed...i look forward to summer 2009 :(

The essays in this class get marked really hard (depending on who you have) and the tutorials count for 10% of your mark, so make sure you go.

Overall, not that bad of a class. Definitely more theory stuff than I thought. I thought it was going to be more of a class that had huge class discussions, but it wasn't really like that.
