the course is tough...focus on the cases...not the textbook...which is the mistake i made....i didnt go to ne classes either...probly explains why i failed...i look forward to summer 2009 :(

Not as hard as people make it out to be, but it is definitely a tough course.
The biggest part of this course is keeping up with the cases, which most people don't seem to do. Feas is a lot of work for a small percentage of the class, although sometimes legitimate business do come from them (trust me).
