The Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy is a national grassroots networks of student groups all across Canada. Chapters from Vancouver to Halifax work on drug policy related projects that are relevant to them and their communities. Nationally, CSSDP holds an office in Ottawa and organizes a National conference annually, as well as parliamentary lobby days throughout the year.

CSSDP is always looking for student leadership to organize local chapters. This is a great way to:

*** get experience organizing meetings and events
*** gain fund raising experience
*** access a large national network of drug policy reformers
*** and, make a difference in your community

Chapters do everything from peer drug education projects from high schools to universities, community based harm reduction programs, regional conferences and speaking events, film screenings and discussion groups, rallies and other creative ways to educate the student population and public at large about issues relating to drug policy.

The national office in Ottawa has resources to help you access networks in your community and abroad, as well as practical help in realizing successful projects.
